Well, I'd really love to have a go at extreme sports if possible, you know, like bungee jumping, sky diving and stuff. I think it's great way to release pressure and boost mood.

As far as I'm concerned, it's a must-have skill. Firstly, it's a great sport, which can help people get into shape and keep fit. You know, I happened to know that according to a study, people who are strong swimmers are less likely to suffer from heart diseases. Additionally, it's entertaining as well. Say, if you travel to a coastal place like Bali or something, swimming is definitely something you wish you can do, because then you can have a go at different kinds of water sport or even go scuba diving to take a close look at what it's like under the sea, like coral reef, fishes, you name it.
